COST Action 873: Bacterial diseases of stone fruits and nuts

MALDI-TOF MS Training Course for Phytobacterial Culture Collections

Organised by Dr. Joel Pothier (ACW), Dr. Brion Duffy (ACW), and Mabritec and hosted at Mabritec, this event was targeted towards research links to culture collections of plant-associated bacteria. Most participants were involved with national culture collections; they have been introduced to MALDI-TOF MS technology and applications for bacterial identification and phylogenetic analysis.
