Identification of Bacteria in Human and Veterinary Sectors

The mass spectrometric identification of bacteria is an alternative method to conventional biochemical systems. Especially problematic cases that arise in classical methods or indecipherable results obtained by fully automated systems are candidates for mass spectrometric determination. Mass spectrometry is reliable, fast and inexpensive and reduces the need sequencing.

We are able to identify more than 2700 species:

  • Staphylococcus spp.
  • Enterobacteria (Klebsiella, Citrobacter, Salmonella, Yersinia, Enterobacter, Cronobacter, etc...)
  • Pseudomonas spp.
  • Enterococcus spp.
  • Streptococcus spp.
  • Pneumococcus spp.
  • Neisseria spp.
  • Aeromonas spp.
  • Campylobacter spp.
  • Corynebacterium spp.
  • Clostridia spp.
  • Pantoea
